- Cold calling and prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Following up on new and existing clients to build long-term relationships.
- Structuring finance options for customers to close deals.
- Presenting various truck options based on customer needs and preferences.
- Arranging and managing test drives for clients.
- Completing administrative tasks related to sales and vehicle delivery.
- Ensuring a smooth and professional delivery process for new or used trucks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in the truck sales industry.
- Experience working with preferred brands such as UD, Fuso, Mercedes, FAW, and Isuzu.
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual who can work independently.
- A well-developed customer database is essential.
- Proven track record of consistently reaching and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Valid South African Driver’s License and clear criminal record.
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Qualities:
- Preferably a hustler mentality, able to get the job done without needing constant supervision.
- Looking for a finished product.
