- Monday – Sunday including Public Holidays 07:00 – 19:00 (Open / Close Shifts apply)
REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R10,500 per month GROSS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Matric (Grade 12) / Senior National Certificate
- Spa Receptionist experience – essential and non neg
- Excellent command of English (speak & write)
- ESP / Bookings system confident
- Highly presentable and beautifully groomed
- Certificate or Diploma in Spa / Skin Care / Cosmetology or Somatology – BONUS
- Must reside within reasonable travel distance to Cape Town OR have your own reliable transport
EXPERIENCE: * Reception experience in Spa / Salon or Cruise Ship
- Knowledge & understanding of Spa industry & the lingo (describe treatments accordingly)
- Exceptional guest/patient relations
- Computer literate & skilled in booking software including ESP, Social Media & MS Office
KPI:
- Conduct Spa tours
- Digital communication with guests
- Guest preparation for services
- Attend to queries
- Operate incoming calls, e-mails or walk-ins
- Guest check-in & check-out
