- A process-driven individual who thrives in a metrics-based environment.
- Someone who can handle high-volume recruitment with patience and precision.
- Strong understanding of both internal and external recruitment processes.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, especially Simplify.hr, is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel for detailed monthly reporting.
- Ability to conduct telephonic/virtual interviews effectively.
- Will work closely with the CEO, the Head of People Practices, and all other line managers in the business.
- 100% office-based with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM; punctuality is important.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Grade 12 qualification.
- A degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management is advantageous but not essential.
- Must have own reliable transport and valid drivers license
