Job description: A dynamic company based in City Deep is looking for a ReceptionistDuties:
- Reporting to the COO
- Not overseeing any staff
- Answer switchboard and screen calls (8 lines & 40 extensions)
- Filing (Picking Slips / Invoices / PODs / Courier documents)
- Following up on PODs and assisting the accounts department in regard to this
- Assisting where needed
- Attention to detail
Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant reception experience
- Own vehicle and valid drivers license (preferable)
- Non-smoker (preferable)
- Looking for someone who presentable, vibrant and friendly
- Must be very well spoken
- Dont need to come from any specific industry / background
- English / Afrikaans speaking
- (M Th) 07:30 16:30 / (F) 07:30 15:30
Computer Literacy:
- Must be computer literate
- MS Word / Excel / Outlook
- Pastel Evolution (advantageous)
Benefits:
- Provident Fund after 6 months (compulsory)
Expected salary: R10000 – 12000 per month
