Job description: Job Summary Our client in the Telecoms Industry is looking to hire an Office Administrator.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcurement
- Load Purchase orders on Pastel and submit for approval.
- Track purchase orders and confirm ETA with suppliers.
- Send Weekly SOH to Panzerglass
- Load Return to suppliers
- Prepare and submit price approvals.
- Obtain estimates from Forwarding agents and compile a comparison.
- Estimated Landed Cost Calculations
SOP
- Load quotes on Pastel, Process Orders and track the order to delivery.
- Handle any queries and follow up with courier on delayed deliveries.
- List new products with Networks
- Takealot weekly Sales Report
- Takealot online (Main Account)- all orders, sending SOH and weekly reports and booking deliveries on the portal.
- Process all orders for Takealot and manage any queries.
- Send updated stock on hand files to Takealot, Alisom, Robert Du Preez, Ibar, Technomobi, Loot and the reps daily.
- Update price Lists and send to the reps and customers.
- Process MTN monthly billing
- Process bulk orders
- Monitor Online orders.
- Load sales deals on third party system
