Job description: Job Summary Remuneration:
R 8 000 – R 10 000 cost to company – dependant on experience.Duties include, not limited to
- Coordinate with staff to ensure the warehouse operates at peak performance.
- Accept and manage the delivery and shipping of all goods.
- Ensure orders are correctly picked, packed, tagged, and dispatched.
- Assist with packing the delivery van.
- Ensure streamlined deliveries of goods for optimal productivity.
- Plan routes with drivers.
- Complete waybills for courier deliveries.
- Perform related administrative tasks.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all deliveries.
- Conduct regular stock takes.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Liaise with staff to address issues and avoid poor customer service.
- Perform delivery vehicle checks.
- Ensure safety protocols upheld within the warehouse.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Not older than 25 years
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Team player
- Valid driver’s license
- Own Transport preferable
