Job description: Import Controller (Multimodal)Global market leader with national offices seeks a skilled Controller with 3+ years’ C&F experience to ensure seamless co-ordination of Import activities. Solid understanding of multi-modal transportation & managing all aspects of the import process for both Sea & Air Freight, releases, shipping, and delivery of cargo. Monitor & report on shipment status, address any delays/issues, manage relationship with suppliers & service providers, negotiating rates for import services. Shipshape software in place.
