Job Title: Financial Administrative Clerk

Job description: Logistics company looking for a Financial Administrator with 2-3 years experience and advanced Excel experience to give support to the Administrative AccountantMinimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary education will be an advantage
- Previous experience in distribution, transportation or logistics
- 2-3 years experience in similar role
- High attention to detail
- Computer literate with advanced Excel skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Verify and code invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers
- Perform monthly reconciliations of supplier accounts
- Identify and investigate discrepancies, taking corrective action as needed
- Prepare and process timely payments to suppliers
- Manage payment runs and ensure accurate and timely disbursements
- Process expense claims, ensuring proper documentation and authorization
- Assist with ad-hoc financial tasks as needed
