Job description: Job Summary REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric, relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
- Excellent communication skills
- Maturity in handling situations confidentiality and professionally
- Strong computer and typing abilities
- Proactive, and taking initiative
- FIC knowledge and what is required to be FIC compliant as an accountable institution is a bonus
- Flexible, and adaptable to change
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Some financial exposure, advantageous
DUTIES:
- Work with the MD and FD ensuring all meetings, events, cocktails that are hosted are managed, planned and arranged timeously
- Diary Management of MD and FD and screening of calls
- Ensuring that all necessary information and documentation required for daily diary activities are provided
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Able to follow up and ensure sub-contractors have submitted quotes and work is completed proficiently
- Extensive liaison with clients
- Manage, proofread and check standard contracts ensuring everything is fill in correctly
- Manage financial basic costings for sales of products assisting with profit calculations
- Typing up of quotes, contracts and confidential documents
- Answering incoming calls and attending to enquiries
- Dealing with email correspondence and phone calls on behalf of the Directors
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for business and personal travel
- Ordering of consumables and stationery
- Marketing and newsletters
- Coordinate courier services
