hustle for our customers.Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks throughout the day in a high pressure
environment. Processing many orders through different channels. Proficiency in
written and spoken English is also necessary.REQUIREMENTS
? SA ID or valid work permit
? At least three years’ experience working in an administration role
? Experience in a manufacturing environment advantageousRESPONSIBILITIES
? Issue customer notifications (via CRM platform) for planned production
completion.
? Prepare courier waybills.
? Book courier collections.
? Create all required packing lists.
? Prepare and manage delivery schedules and drivers each day.
? Oversee dispatch team has correctly labelled and numbered all orders for
dispatch.
? Issue customer notifications with tracking for completed & dispatched orders.
? Ordering of office stationery & kitchen supplies.
? Facilitating customer collections on site.Knowledge of the following software is advantageous:

Expected salary: R15000 per month
