-LLB Degree completed and admitted as an Attorney-Minimum 1 year post admission experience in Family Law matters A MUST (Not limited to Divorces)-Independently functional in compiling notices, pleadings and related legal documents-Computer literate in Caselines / Court Online-Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (Firm not on bus route)-Residing in Pretoria-Stable employment record and contactable References-To start as soon as possibleDuties:-Family Law matters-Drafting of summonses, notices and pleadings, legal documentation relating to Family Law-Correspondence and liaison with clients, attorneys, Family Advocate, Advocates and various experts in private practice (e.g. psychological / social / forensic)-Court attendance with clients and advocates-Court appearances in Domestic Violence Court-Consultations with clientsSalary: R 18 000.00 – R 20 000.00 grossE-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF (not as a link) to oneilc@telkomsa.net and indicate the following in the subject line:– Reference CR2657; and– Your monthly gross basic salary expectation in context with amount offered.(Also forward Reference letters and a recent photograph if possible)APPLICATIONS NOT MEETING ALL REQUIREMENTS WILL BE DELETED.The post appeared first on .
