Your expertise will help maintain the lodge’s reputation for excellence.What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a bookkeeper or accountant, with hands-on experience in creditors reconciliations, bank reconciliations, stock reconciliations, petty cash management, and SARS submissions.
- Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in bookkeeping/accounting and a valid driver’s license with reliable transport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure books are balanced to trial balance.
- Prepare management accounts and handle VAT reconciliations and returns.
- Oversee wages, salaries, UIF, PAYE, SDL, and WCA processes.
- Utilize software like Innkeeper, Pastel Accounting, and Pastel Payroll to streamline operations.
