You will be responsible for the administration of the environment and activities that support this great culture.You will be responsible for the administration and coordination of the working environment and the organisation of the various cultural and social activities on the company calendar. The ideal candidate will require a passion for caring for the diverse team while crafting an environment in-person (as well as virtually for remote team members & stakeholders) that fosters a healthy work culture. Experience in both office management and event coordination is key.A self-motivated, innovative and proactive individual, able to take initiative and who goes the extra mile to add the soft touches, making the team-building activities extra special. You will work closely with Marketing in this role and report into the Chief Product Officer.Looking for solid proof of your experience demonstrating:
- Interpersonal skills
- Resourcefulness
- Admin skills
Responsibilities:
- Organising the monthly Business Standup, the monthly team-building events for every division, the annual year-end social and the impromptu celebrations when the business achieves important milestones.
- Coordinate and administrate the travel arrangements to bring the remote team together.
- Setting up the physical office to underpin the culture and foster a healthy working environment.
- Supporting the remote teams to create a healthy working environment and be sure to include them in the culture.
- Manage and spend the annual staff clothing budget.
- Provide all team/staff with company branded clothing and accessories.
RequirementsYou will need solid experience in:
- Event Management
- Office Management
- Hospitality
- A completed diploma in Event Management or Hospitality
- 2-3 years’ working experience in Marketing and Communications
- Driving license and own transport
- Experience in coordinating and managing catering
