Remuneration: R10 000-R14 000

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
Conduct regular inspections of production facilities and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including non-conformances and customer complaints.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
Train and supervise staff on quality control processes and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Sales, to ensure effective supply chain management.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, delivery date, and quality.
Ensure that all quality control documentation is up-to-date and maintained on file as per requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quality Controller in the food, manufacturing, or textile industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
