Job description: Job SummaryDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise the KPA’s of subordinates
- Ensure that all subordinates have the skills and knowledge to carry out their functions efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure positive contributions to department’s performance by setting of objectives, coaching, counselling, and performance management.
Administration and Operational responsibilities
- Take ownership of the national Rentals EPR systems and related controls including ISO processes
- Manage the invoicing and credit notes processes
- Take ownership of the Rentals financial variance analysis function
- Take ownership of the logistics function including transport administration process, reconciliations, and reporting
- Ensure that all units are billing as per the relevant lease agreement
- Manage capex, fleet, assets, and integrity there off
- Manage and ensure that stock integrity on ERP system is maintained
- Coordinate the interaction with the legal team
- Timely and accurate completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality control
- Compliance to the Kwikspace / clients SHEQ code of conduct and standards
- Compliance to the Kwikspace processes, procedures, and quality system (ISO)
