They supply the medium to large volumes & standards markets with a wide spectrum of offerings including mould manufacture and maintenance.Your primary responsibilities will include managing production schedules, supervising staff, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance.
You will work closely with various departments to align production goals with the company’s overall objectives, ensuring deadlines are met while adhering to safety and quality regulations.You will be responsible for overseeing the production operations, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high-quality standards across all manufacturing lines.Job Role: Production ManagerLocation: Kempton ParkQualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in production planning and inventory management
- Knowledge of Safety and Quality regulations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities :
- Overseeing the daily tasks of packaging associates
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment
- Monitoring, managing, and sourcing inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy with product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day production operations and staff management
- Develop and implement production schedules and plans
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards
- Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve production goals
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures
Expected salary: R41666 per month
