Job description: Job Summary Responsibilities:
– Accurate picking and packing of orders.
– Monitoring picking duration and accuracy, and picklist traceability.
– Communicating and investigating stock and picking discrepancies.
– Loading and offloading of trucks and containers.
– Receive stock in the warehouse and store it in dedicated locations.
– Assisting with writing waybills when needed.
– Assisting with regular stock counts.
– Assisting customers with collections.
– Prepare parcels for after-hours collection at security.
– Assisting with other warehouse activities as required.
– Managing time, attendance, and discipline of the team.
– Participating in HSE activities, housekeeping, and proactive reporting.
– Participating in operation excellence and continuous improvement activities.Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
– Technical assembly experience (advantageous).
– Eligible writing and good numeracy skills.
– Willingness to do labour-intensive work.
– Ability to work independently and within a team.
– Valid SA driver’s license and/or reliable transport.
