My client is looking for a Site Manager that can take overall responsibility for the successful management of the filling stationMinimum requirements:
- Must have excellent communication skills in English and at least one other local language
- Must have experience in managing a major oil company site or at least 5 years experience as a Filling Station Manager
- Be a team leader and motivate all staff members
- Must be focused, capable of analytical thinking and have clear decision-making skills
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Plan and oversee shift changes
- Ensure proper maintenance of all operational systems
- Ensure SHEQ and all statutory compliance is adhered to
- Take responsibility for all stock on site, including fuel and Convenience Shop
