Job description: OverviewProviding support which includes tracking and tracing all export cargo and communicating feedback to both internal and external stakeholders.Duties/Responsibilitiesa. Report to Correspondence Manager.b. Track and trace all export shipments.c. Attend to customer queries after the shipment departed.d. Keep clients updated with shipment status.e. Deal with overseas agents with door to door and charges collect shipments.f. Comply with any specific instructions from line management which may supersede the above.g. Ensure that items of company or customer property and equipment are properly maintained and protected.h. Immediately report any damage, fault or irregularity to your line manager.i. Audit all consignments to ensure that freight and mail complies with the recorded information provided by the customer.j. Complete specific tasks allocated to you efficiently in order to attend to general exportsk. Work diligently in order to complete the days work within your normal working hoursl. Ensure you comply to Security and Safety work regulationsm. Support management in undertaking the protective and preventative measures necessary to achieve compliance with safety and securityQualifications
