Job description: Well established company based in Midrand seeks a Service and After Sales Manager from generators or heavy construction equipmentMinimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience in the generator business alternatively heavy construction equipment
- At least 5 years experience in a management role
- Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably in engineering / mechanical-industrial electrical
- Excellent knowledge of Diesel Engines
Tasks will be as follows;
- To plan and manage the necessary activities for malfunction, assembly, periodic controls, warranty and commissioning processes.
- To determine and supply all kinds of purchasing needs related to the maintenance and repair of generators.
- To follow the satisfaction of the customers from the service team, to follow the process of solving the complaints or the problems conveyed.
- To make business plans in line with the company’s quality policy and targets, to act within these plans in order to achieve the planned service targets.
- Creating service targets and preparing periodic service reports / Conducting research in new or targeted markets and identifying potential customers.
Expected salary: R40000 – 45000 per month
