You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products and services, and maintaining a clean and organised sales floor. - Assist customers in finding and purchasing products, providing advice and recommendations as needed
- Actively engage with customers to assess their needs and preferences and make product suggestions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquires and showcase product features and benefits
- Demonstrate excellent customer serviceskills to build and maintain long-term relationship with customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals, participating in regular sales meetings and training sessions
- NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Candidate must be eligible to work in South Africa
- No work experience required
Expected salary: R3000 – 4500 per month
