Job description: Our client is recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Foreman to lead their team and oversee the day-to-day operations of their busy workshop. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all workshop activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, to the highest standards, and in line with safety regulations. As a natural leader with strong technical expertise, you will supervise a team of Technicians, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success. Our client is looking for a motivated individual who excels in problem-solving, has excellent organizational skills, and can effectively communicate with both team members and clients. - Matric
- Valid drivers license
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Volkswagen Master Certification
- Qualified Technician with NTC 3
- 5+ years’ Volkswagen technical experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within the industry
- Must have been exposed to a large workshop
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
