Job description: Position available at a Boutique Hotel in Centurion for a highly motivated Front Office Manager to oversee and coordinate all front office operations. This role is essential in ensuring the guests have a memorable experience while maintaining the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services.
- Lead, train, and develop the front office team to uphold exceptional service standards.
- Implement and maintain brand standards within the reception department.
- Foster relationships with guests, staff, and local community stakeholders to enhance the hotel’s reputation.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
