The successful candidate will handle the end-to-end creditors function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies. This role demands diligence, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong understanding of accounting processes.Key Responsibilities
- Full creditors function, including accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Perform creditors reconciliations to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with outgoing staff during the handover period.
- Meet tight deadlines and manage workload efficiently, including overtime if required.
- Maintain strict adherence to company principles and standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role, with proven expertise in creditor reconciliations.
- Software Proficiency: Sage Evolution experience is preferred, though experience with other accounting software is acceptable.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Availability:
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Must be available to work during the December and January period (no leave permitted).
