• Perform statistical evaluations of Random Number Generators (RNG), ensuring compliance with established standards and methodologies.
• Carry out Data Monitoring and Analysis (DMA) reviews per client-defined frequencies.
• Review and validate statistical results to ensure they meet industry-acceptable criteria.
• Prepare and present reports on status updates and test findings to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with department heads to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow processes.
• Maintain knowledge of online gambling industry standards, gaming terminology, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO/IEC 17020, 17025, 17065, and other relevant documentation.
• Fulfil jurisdictional management responsibilities in line with the company’s standard operating procedures.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as required to support departmental objectives.

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or (Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering will also be considered).

Experience:

• Overall, 5 years’ experience as a Data Analyst
• 1+ years of proven experience in statistical analysis, including hypothesis testing.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data mining, and data manipulation.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with MS Excel and text editors.
• Practical experience with software tools such as Python, R, or C++ is advantageous.
• Any experience in the iGaming or betting industry is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient in statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Familiarity with industry-specific standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
