Salary / CTC: R 20 000 basic with 6% commission on signed deals. (Depending on current earnings, qualifications, and experience)

Type: PermanentKey Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s client base within the mining industry.
- Identify and engage potential customers, including mine engineers, legal appointees, and compliance officers.
- Promote and sell the company’s services, including brake testing, illumination testing, and ISO 9001 compliance certification.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, mining regulations, and competitors’ offerings.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance business development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the mining sector
- Strong understanding of mining regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to mining sites as required.

- Relevant qualification in sales, business management, or a technical field related to mining.
