Job description: Design Draughtsman – BoksburgFull job descriptionCandidate will be mainly responsible for:-Creating 3D parametric models using Solidworks-Generating General Arrangement (G.A) and Detail drawings for Manufacturing.Duties and Responsibilities:-Produce manufacturing drawings.-Communicate with the Design Engineers.-Give feedback on drawing progress to the Technical Manager.-Create 3D parametric models using Solidworks.-To produce the most accurate, correct and neat drawings.-Upholding the ISO 9001 Quality when producing drawingsQualifications & Skills:Minimum requirements:-Minimum 5 years’ active working experience as a Design Draughtsman.-Minimum 5 years’ active working experience in Mechanical Engineering.-Minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing and Fabrication (workshop experience) -Diploma in Mechanical Draughting-Technical competence using the following Software:Solidworks – 3D modellingAutodesk AutoCADExperience in the Mining Industry will be an added advantage.Job Type: Full-timePay: R240 000 – R400 000 per year
