We’re a UK-based ecommerce business who sell something that brings genuine joy to people (flowers and gifts on and ).As we approach our peak season we need to recruit people to join our customer service team in order to meet increased demand for our services.The team helps customers on our key contact channels of email, live chat and social media, as well as over the phone. They solve problems, provide advice and try to help wherever they can. They are responsible for maintaining our reputation for excellence. They care about our customers and it shows.This role will be based at home so applicants. Our immediate need is for someone to help for 1-2 weeks over Christmas but there will be more work available in February, March and April next year during our busiest period.Key Responsibilities
- Taking inbound contacts from people who need your help
- Making outbound calls/sending emails to update people on any stock and delivery issues and to put their minds at ease that they will be resolved
- Using our various business systems to make changes to orders
- Investigating customer issues using our business systems and communicating with 3rd party suppliers
- Listening to customers and suggesting improvements to the business
Requirements
- Experience in email based customer service, preferably in an eCommerce environment
- Your own laptop/computer, internet connection and mitigation against network downtime and load shedding
- Strong work ethic and timekeeping
- Enthusiasm and optimistic attitude
- Problem solving skills
Expected salary: R175500 per year
