Job description: Social Media Account Manager – Brackenfell Full job description We’re on the lookout for a Social Media Manager with 3 or more years of experience in an agency setting. If you’re a strategic thinker with a proven track record of creating engaging content and growing online communities, join us in shaping impactful social media stories. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for implementing social media strategies for clients. You will need to understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns, specific to social media on all platforms. You will be responsible for analysing the platform’s content analytics and formulating a strategy to grow client reach successfully on social media platforms, having a good knowledge of competitors’ strategies. You will need to manage and help create marketing content to use for social media purposes. You must have: Retail Experience 2 – 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Account Manager Strong Organisational and time-management skills Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines Enthusiastic and passionate about social media and internet marketing industries Strong customer service skills with a can-do attitude Ability to present ideas, negotiate and problem-solve Experience in Google ads would be advantageous If you think you would be suitable for this position, please email your CV to Lisa 15th November 2024.
