This is a permanent, hybrid role.In this pivotal role you will manage digital marketing initiatives, oversee CRM systems, and ensure a seamless and engaging online shopping experience for their customers. You will be responsible for driving the growth of the online business, optimising customer relationships, and enhancing the E-commerce platforms. Additionally, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital strategies that align with the vision and goals of this brand.Your passion and expertise in digital marketing, customer relationship management, and E-commerce are sought after. - Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for personalised marketing.

E-commerce Management
- Development and implementation strategies to drive online sales, including pricing, promotions, and product placements.
- Management of product listings, descriptions, and updates on E-commerce platforms.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of the E-commerce website to ensure a user-friendly experience.
- Work with developers and designers to implement changes and enhancements.
- Oversee order processing, fulfilment, and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order handling.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce sales, traffic, and customer engagement.
- Generate regular reports and insights to inform business decisions.
- Manage relationships and sales on third-party e-commerce platforms (if applicable).
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with platform guidelines.
Digital Marketing Management
- Involved in creating and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and increase brand awareness.
- Monitoring and analysing performance metrics and making data-driven adjustments to campaigns.
- Search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to improve site visibility and traffic.
- Collaboration with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all platforms.
- Development and implementation of social media strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Monitoring of social media trends, engagement, and analytics to optimise campaigns.
- Guidance and oversight of the creation and publication of engaging content for digital platforms, including blogs, videos, and email newsletters.
- Responsible to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Planning and executing online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Managing budgets, optimising ad performance, and reporting on ROI.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business where you will develop and manage customer communication strategies through WhatsApp Business and ability to guide how we can leverage WhatsApp as a platform for customer service, promotions, and personalised marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication
- Qualifications/short courses in relevant digital and online marketing
- 7+years’ experience in marketing; minimum 3 years’ in digital marketing
- Exposure and working knowledge using Shopify, WooCommerce or other extensive eCommerce platforms
- Familiar with analytical tools, such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in E-commerce, PPC, SEO, and SEM
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Advantageous: Knowledge of media editing software (photo and video)
- Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
