Your role includes managing content, keyword strategies, link-building strategies, and SEM campaigns to optimize website content and improve traffic and visibility on search engine results pages.Key Responsibilities:Daily:Monitor performance metrics using SEO tools like Google Analytics.Develop strategies to improve search engine rankings.Collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices.Work with editorial and marketing teams on SEO in content creation.Stay updated on SEO recommendations and implement necessary changes.Maintain positive teamwork and a solution-focused attitude.Monthly:Manage SEO campaign expenses to maintain the budget.Quarterly:Set measurable SEO goals that demonstrate improvement.Generate SEO progress reports.Semiannual:Undergo performance evaluations.Participate in online courses to stay updated on search engine algorithms.Biggest Challenges for This Position:Staying current with SEO trends and algorithm updates.Effectively communicating goals and strategies to stakeholders.Continuously analyzing large sets of data.Hard Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (not essential but preferred).Proven SEO experience and coding experience are preferable.Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Web Analytics, Research, SEO, A/B Testing, Copywriting.Intermediate skills in Social Media Marketing, WordPress, UX Design.Basic skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PPC.Fluent English.Tech Requirements:Intel® Core™ i7 or greater16GB RAM or greaterStable broadband (20 Mbps)Noise-canceling headsetHD web cameraSoft Requirements:Strong teamwork and adaptabilityHigh integrity and customer service focusExcellent communication and organizational skillsAttention to detail and long-term problem-solving abilitiesCreativity and critical thinkingTime management and problem-solving skillsAdditional Responsibilities:Competitor AnalysisGMB Audit and Optimization, including GEO Tagging of ImagesBright Local Setup, Signal Gynesis Account SetupComprehensive Keyword Research and Mapping for Web Pages, Blogs, FAQs, GMB Posts, and PROn-page optimization including writing meta descriptions, page titles, H1s, and page URLsBlog Optimization & Publishing, FAQ and PR PublishingGMB Post PublishingCreation of Social Posts for platforms like GMB, Instagram, Facebook, and TwitterWeekly KPI Tracking and Monthly Wins ReportingReady to Apply?
