Founded in 2019 by Daniel & Sally Budden, the company has expanded exponentially and continues to grow month on month.We work closely with Landlords, Letting Agents, Investors, and Developers to enhance their property portfolios and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences. As we continue our journey to becoming the UK’s largest and most trusted Airbnb Management company, we are now looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Manager to help us achieve our ambitious goals.Our Story:53 Degrees Property was born out of a vision by Daniel & Sally Budden to create a home away from home for travellers across the UK. Since acquiring our first property in November 2019, we’ve grown into a multi-seven-figure business, managing over 90 properties across the UK in under 5 years. With our biggest year yet on the horizon, we are seeking someone who is eager to join us on this exciting journey, driving the company to new heights and expanding into the international market.About the Role:Are you passionate about sales, marketing, and property management? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? 53 Degrees Property is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in growing our brand, attracting new guests and clients, and increasing our market share.How much can you earn:The initial salary will be between R19,000 – R21,000 per month depending on experience and expertise.The Role Will Involve:As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:Sales Strategy & Execution: Developing and executing sales strategies to attract new guests, landlords, investors, and partners. Managing the sales pipeline and working with our acquisitions manager to convert leads into clients.Marketing Campaigns: Creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and paid advertising to increase brand visibility and attract new guests & clients.Content Creation: Developing engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience.Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.Market Research: Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities. Using insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.Brand Development: Working closely with the founders to enhance and evolve the 53 Degrees Property brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.Event Management: Organising and managing events, both online and offline, to promote the brand, network with industry professionals, and generate leads.Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analysing the performance of sales and marketing activities, using data to refine strategies and improve results.What You Will ‘Need’:A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for sales and marketing.Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the property or hospitality industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.A data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyse performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.A laptop & phone.LinkedIn Sales Navigator experienceWhat We Do:Provide you with all the tools, training, and support needed to excel in your role.Offer a collaborative work environment where your ideas are valued and you have the freedom to take ownership of your projects.Provide a team of virtual assistants to assist with administrative, research, and data entry tasks, allowing you to focus on high-impact activities.Support your professional growth with opportunities for learning and developmentWho Are We Looking For:We are looking for a driven, innovative, and entrepreneurial individual who is ready to make a significant impact on the growth of our business.
