Brand Strategy Development
- Develop comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience preferences.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify brand positioning opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Define brand messaging, tone, and identity to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Brand Positioning Management
- Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials, communications, and touchpoints.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure adherence to brand standards and values.
- Monitor brand sentiment and perception, identifying areas for improvement and enhancement.
Campaign Planning and Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative assets and content for campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and effectiveness, optimizing strategies and tactics for maximum impact.
Brand Performance Analysis
- Analyse brand performance metrics, including brand awareness, engagement, and sentiment.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement in brand marketing efforts.
Brand Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of brand messaging and strategies.
- Partner with external stakeholders, such as vendors, partners, and influencers, to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
What will you need?
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree/IMM Diploma
- At least 7 years experience in Marketing of which 3 years’ continuous job experience as a Marketing Manager (Previous people management experience)
- Previous experience in Brand Management as well as digital strategy
- 3 years exposure in digital marketing
- Managing 2 or more brands
- Previous experience in B2B and B2C Marketing
- Full 360 marketing (digital, traditional, out of home, PR),
- Multinational exposure
