- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products to wholesalers, retailers, and consumers.
- Lead market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
- Create and implement advertising, PR, and digital campaigns to drive sales and improve brand recognition.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operational teams to ensure alignment in marketing objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and report on ROI.
- Oversee content creation for website, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, media outlets, and industry influencers.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations in all marketing materials and campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food production or agriculture sector.
- Strong understanding of the abattoir or meat processing industry is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and market research.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and food safety standards is advantageous.
- Proficiency in marketing software, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
