In this full day position in Table View, Cape Town;
- We need you to call on current clients to establish and maintain personal contact with hiring decision makers across our client base to ask for new job specs.
- Businesses evolve, HR managers come and go. Growing our client base by speaking to good potential clients is part of the process.
- Through your calls you will secure new job specs daily for our recruitment team to work on.
- You will build relationships with key role players at small to medium-sized businesses to keep the job spec pipeline flowing.
- As part of a team of top recruiters you will collaborate with them to ensure a smooth handover of job specs for candidate sourcing.
- Publishing digital content on our website, LinkedIn and social media plays a vital role – to be seen. You will be developing social media content, blog posts and SEO friendly updates to keep us visible.
Desired Experience & Qualification
You need:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, with a focus on client acquisition and retention.
- Experience in recruitment, property, or business services sectors is advantageous.
- good communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant disposition.
- A strong work ethic, persistence, and the ability to follow up consistently with clients.
- Tech savvy: You should be able to type while talking, MS Word, Excel, maintain records of your interactions on a recruitment CRM system.
- Ability to make most of a day in this diversified position.
- Live in the Table View or surrounding area.
