- Lead marketing strategy and execution across various channels.
- Manage performance marketing, lead generation, and reporting for measurable success.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to build the brand and attract new clients.
- Guide PR, content creation, and thought leadership to strengthen our market presence.
- Work with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns that align with business goals.
- Mentor and manage an internal team and external agencies to execute marketing plans.
- Keep the brand aligned with key sector trends and opportunities for growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a marketing generalist, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Ideally 8-10 years’ experience with Management experience
- Strong background in performance marketing and lead generation with a track record of achieving measurable ROI.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and digital platforms.
- Experience in event management, brand building, PR and content creation.
- Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Excellent communication skills and be able to develop an excellent team.
- Understanding of Account Based Marketing principles a plus.
- Agency experience preferred, with the ability to navigate high-pressure, client-focused settings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
