- Min 2 years experience managing Customer Accounts
- Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans

- Exposed to marketing to increase sales within the business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

DUTIES
- Working alongside the Management Team
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients in the event space. Understand their needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction
- Identifying new business opportunities with key clients
- Develop relationships with future key accounts
- Addressing and resolving key clients enquiries or problems
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
- Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients needs are met
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their event experiences
