Job description: Our client in the Service Management industry is seeking the services of a dynamic Service ManagerCandidates who meet the below minimum requirements are invited to submit their application via the link provided.Minimum requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in a Service Management Industry
- Minimum qualification of Matric or a Diploma in Operations Manager
- Dynamic individual with a strong drive to excel in achieving company performance and customer’s satisfaction goals
- Must work well under pressure
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Must be a computer literate
- Must possess leadership and motivation qualities
- Good IR or HR ability
Skills required:
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent client-facing ability
Duties will include:
- Full responsibility of services within the Branch
- Asset Management
- Customer visits and liaison
- Vehicle maintenance and servicing check list
- Supervision of loading and uploading of stock from cages
- Management oversight and involvement in a health and safety procedures in conjunction with health and safety representative
- Manage installations, Maintenace tickets and withdrawals
- Order & control of stock and warehouse
- Stock management and control of contact consumables
- Staff management and training
- Distribution staff management
- Attend meetings as required at customers sites
- Management and coordination of client’s safety files
Remuneration: R14 500IMPORTANT:
