You will lead and inspire a team of dedicated employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Leadership: Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, and compliance with company policies and procedures.2. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees, fostering a positive work environment and empowering team members to excel in their roles.3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality products, prompt service, and a clean, inviting restaurant environment.4. Sales and Profitability: Drive sales growth and profitability through effective cost management, strategic pricing, and proactive sales initiatives.5. Quality Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to KFC brand standards and food safety protocols, conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.6. Community Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador within the local community, participating in community events and initiatives to build positive relationships and enhance brand visibility.7. Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.8.
