Job description: Remuneration: R24 000.00 to R28 000.00 + IncentivesPurpose Of The Job:Our Client is looking for a technical Light Commercial vehicle working Foreman to join their Team.Duties:
- Provide guidance and direction to technical staff members
- Prioritize work order and assign to appropriate workshop staff
- Maintain vehicle records and repair data
- Responsible for inventory records of supplies and parts
- Responsible for the professional development of all workshop staff members
- Practice safe work habits and use personal protective equipment as required
- Routinely inspect all workshop equipment and workshop area to maintain a safe environment for our employees
- Review and approve completed work orders
- Communicate with both Customers and Staff
- Handle all Quality Control
- Ensure that Daily Labour Targets are met
Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric Certificate
- Must have excellent communications skills
- Qualified Technician with strong Technical background
- Must have experience leading a Team of Technicians
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in same role as Workshop Foreman
- Computer literacy
- Drivers License
