As the Junior Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Post and prepare standard journal entries with precision
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Manage timely and accurate reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts
Highlight discrepancies and implement remediation plans to keep everything in balance
Complete standard financial control processes
Ensure integrity of financial data and smooth operations across the board
Lead the charge during month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure all financial records are accurately reported and ready to review
Prepare and present month-end reports and detailed client profitability statements
Offer clear insights to stakeholders
Reconcile client spending against the approved budget
Flag any variances found
Accurately prepare and manage unbilled media accruals
Perform detailed revenue reconciliation calculations to ensure accurate financial reporting
Maintain and reconcile intercompany accounts
Upload budgets into finance systems
Ensure information is accurately reflected across all platforms
Provide high quality financial information and support during internal and external auditsSkills & Experience:
2-3 years of commercial experience doing the full finance function

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, will make you a star in this roleQualification:
SAIPA articles would be highly advantageous
Completed Finance or Accounting degree
