- Newcomers
- End of probation period/annual contracts
- Exit interviews

Payroll administration support
- Ensuring that all relevant information is send to payroll for processing in time
- Close cooperation with Accounting Department
Education / knowledge and experience:
- High School Education
- At least 5 years experience in a Senior HR role
- Very good knowledge of SA Labour Law, processes and procedures
ADITIONAL SKILLS:
- Strong communication skills with a focus on empathic approach and listening skills
- Skills related to interpersonal communication: listening, speaking and writing
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Strong computer skills
