- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in IsiXhosa, IsiZulu, or Afrikaans is an advantage.
- High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
- Own vehicle required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
- Attend sales meetings with senior leadership; document key points.
- Conduct market research on target audiences.
- Generate reports for management.
- Manage sales and marketing budget.
- Monitor and report competitor activity.
- Track and report on sales and marketing metrics.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate and distribute promotional materials.
- Prepare quotes, contracts, and invoices.
- Maintain a comprehensive client and contract database.
- Conduct telesales and face-to-face sales calls.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Participate in travel functions and industry events.
- Visit and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Maintain regular contact with hotel teams to stay updated on trends.
