Job description: The Department of Infrastructure, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to provide an administrative support service to the Senior Manager and Component.
Minimum RequirementsAn appropriate 1 – 2 years post matric (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
RecommendationDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe PDF; Extensive experience in administrative support for large teams; Completed additional professional development courses; Proven ability in data capturing and report compilation; Skilled in minute-taking and effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
Key Performance AreasRendering administrative support services; Provide support to manager regarding meetings; Supports the manager with the administration of the budget; Analyse the relevant Public Service and departmental prescripts/policies and other documents and ensure that the application thereof is understood properly.
