We’re on the lookout for dynamic individuals to fill various roles in our Cape Town office. While expertise in Web3 technologies isn’t mandatory, a keen interest and a hunger to learn are essential. If you are a professional looking to pivot into the tech world, this is the opportunity for you!Other Duties Include:
- Serve as a project manager for DAO & foundation clients, overseeing various operational aspects.
- Assist clients in managing day-to-day operations, administration, and integral functions.
- Handle outsourced accounting tasks, including transaction management and bookkeeping.
- Prepare quarterly management accounts and basic financial statements for clients.
- Compile transparency reports, conduct KYC and due diligence checks on grant proposals, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review governance proposals, monitor compliance with bylaws and legal requirements, and provide summary reporting on proposals and on-chain activities.
