Work from home as a Customer Service Representative on the Worker Operations Team, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining safety, reliability, and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is both a problem solver and a people person , someone who’s endlessly curious, empathetic, and driven to uncover the root causes behind issues.Responsibilities
- Manage communications across multiple platforms efficiently
- Provide timely, complete resolutions to customer concerns
- Support your decisions with reasoned, customer-first explanations to internal stakeholders
- Investigate attendance and quality incidents with strong attention to detail and sound judgment
- Communicate investigation outcomes clearly and empathetically to both workers and partner facilities
- Interact with customers via telephone, live chat, and web-based channels
- Collaborate cross-functionally with support, operations, product, legal, and customer success teams
- Propose and support initiatives to improve marketplace quality and reliability
- Stay up to date with evolving product features and internal protocols
