Job description: Job Summary The role’s key focus areas:
- Drive collections to achieve DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) targets and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage credit risk through evaluations, creditworthiness checks, and insurance management.
- Oversee credit releases and reviews to align with prescribed group policies.
- Lead bad debt management, following SOPs and legal processes.
- Conduct customer evaluations and foster strong relationships to enhance collections efficiency.
Key skills, experience and qualifications:
- Education: Relevant undergrad or postgraduate degree.
- Experience: 5-8 years in Credit Control Management and Collections.
- Working experience in the distribution industry will be advantageous.
- Working experience on SAP would be an added advantage.
- Soft Skills:
- Customer focus and relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and across cultures.
