Job description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to lead our high-end residential projects in the Northern Suburbs and Paarl area. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the construction process, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering superior quality results on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning through to final completion.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance protocols.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven track record as a Construction Manager, specifically in high-end residential projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant legal regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and foster collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- A relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related discipline is preferred.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the designated work area.
