The role is responsible for the provision of holistic IT services to the company. The role also identifies the Fund’s network and technological strategic needs and objectives, provide a reliable up-time network, and ensures the protection of employer scalability.Information Technology and Communication Management
- Participate in the formulation of the CLIENT’s strategy
- Compile the ICT strategy in line with the CLIENT’s strategic requirements
- Review and update the business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Monitor the digital workforce capabilities
- Implement cyber security resilience aligned to best practices and CLIENT requirements
- Assess strategic key areas for cloud migration
- Support business and provide for CLIENT scalability
- Monitor data quality and reliability
- Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business objectives and future growth plans
- Oversee IT governance, compliance, and risk management, ensuring adherence to regulations
- Manage IT service delivery, ensuring high-quality, timely solutions that meet business needs
- Collaborate with business units to align IT demand and supply with organizational goals
- Provide oversight of the IT budget, ensuring financial management and value optimisation
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and architectural changes to drive business innovation
