    Job description: Talent Sourcing and Operations Support SpecialistJob Overview:Remote Recruitment is in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcing and Operations Support Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining our recruitment processes by providing operational support and sourcing top-tier candidates. If you possess a strong background in sourcing and have a keen eye for detail, we invite you to become a pivotal member of our team.Requirements

    • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
    • Utilize various platforms and tools to identify and attract prospective candidates.
    • Manage candidate pipelines by maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback.
    • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
    • Support operational functions within the HR and recruitment teams to improve efficiency.
    • Provide administrative support including reporting, data entry, and maintaining recruitment metrics.
    • Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing them with updates and information.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR operations.
    • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate attraction strategies.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficient in using ATS systems and recruitment software.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a remote team environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
