- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
- Utilize various platforms and tools to identify and attract prospective candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines by maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Support operational functions within the HR and recruitment teams to improve efficiency.
- Provide administrative support including reporting, data entry, and maintaining recruitment metrics.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing them with updates and information.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR operations.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate attraction strategies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using ATS systems and recruitment software.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a remote team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
